Dedicated Customer Service Team
The customer service team at Community Association Banc supports only that division. Each association and management company is assigned to a relationship manager and customer service team, experts in the needs of community associations. You have direct access to your team for help with any issue.
Ease of Opening Accounts
One signature card is all that is needed for each association; new accounts can be added to the same card without obtaining new signatures. Request a signature card by contacting your local representative.
Electronic Statements
Monthly statements are available online (DocEx) at the beginning of each month. Additionally, we provide statements on a CD-ROM and digital images of the checks drawn on the account. Associations can also request to obtain a CD-ROM with the entire year's statements and check images.
Lockbox Services
With our lockbox services, funds are deposited into the association's account the same day they are received. A data file is produced and can be retrieved by the management office daily (Document Exchange), along with a text file reporting the day's receipts.
Digital Imaging System
With our digital imaging system, all payment checks and coupons are imaged when they are received and are available online (Image Retrieval) for next business day retrieval. These images can be viewed up to 90 days to the posting date. Images prior to the 90 days are retained by the bank and copies can be provided as needed.
