Fraud Text Alerts
With Mutual of Omaha Bank's fraud monitoring,
protecting your account is as simple as sending a text.
At Mutual of Omaha Bank, we want you to feel confident and safe when using your debit card. That's why we offer free text message alerts as part of our ongoing fraud monitoring program.
How It Works
With our fraud text alerts, any time there is suspicious activity with your account, you'll receive a text asking you about the transaction. If it's a legitimate charge, just respond to the text confirming the transaction. You're all set and can move on with your day.
If you don't recognize the transaction, you can respond to the text indicating that it's fraudulent. You'll then receive another text with a number to call so you can follow up with us.
If we already have your mobile number on file, you don't have to do anything at all. If any suspicious charges appear, we'll send you a text. It's really that simple.
If you need to add, verify or update your mobile phone number, please give us a call at 866-351-5646.
Our free fraud text alerts are another way that Mutual of Omaha Bank is working to provide you with safe, secure banking you can trust.
