Mutual of Omaha Bank Opens New Houston Office

(HOUSTON) – Strong local growth has prompted Mutual of Omaha Bank to open a new Houston office, according to Robert Strong, Texas State President for the bank.

Strategically located at 520 Post Oak Blvd., between River Oaks and Tanglewood, the new office will house 17 employees dedicated to Mutual of Omaha Bank’s commercial lending efforts in Houston, which primarily focus on energy, marine, commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate.

“Over the past three years, we have significantly grown our deposit and loan base in Houston and this new location will further enhance our reach and service to a wide base of clients,” said Mike Turner, Houston Market President for Mutual of Omaha Bank. “Our lending team consists of some of the most experienced bankers in the market and we’re excited to continue meeting the banking needs of the Houston community and its businesses.”

The new office is Mutual of Omaha Bank’s third location in the Houston area. The other two locations are full-service community banks located in River Oaks and the Houston Medical Center district and offer a full range of personal banking, commercial banking and private banking services.

Customers may contact the new office at (713) 405-1561.
