Mutual of Omaha Bank to Open New Location in Downtown Lincoln

(LINCOLN, Neb.) – Mutual of Omaha Bank will enhance its Nebraska presence with the opening of a new location in downtown Lincoln in late June, according to Nebraska State President Mike Homa.

The bank has leased approximately 6,000 square feet on the first level of the new 10-story Parkhaus building, currently under construction at 1317 Q St. in downtown Lincoln. The new location will serve as a hub for the bank’s Lincoln operations, which include comprehensive deposit and lending solutions for individuals and businesses. The new location also will feature a drivethrough window, which customers will be able to access through the parking garage entrance on the north side of the building.

“Lincoln has been a key market for Mutual of Omaha Bank from the beginning and we are excited to serve our customers from this brand new location,” Homa said. “Not only will it enhance our presence in downtown Lincoln, it will put us in close proximity to the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. We’re looking forward to the partnership opportunities this new location will provide – both with the university and the Lincoln community at large.”

The new downtown bank will replace Mutual of Omaha Bank’s current downtown location at 1330 N St. The staff from the current downtown bank will relocate to the new location.
