As the guidance around the new coronavirus (COVID-19) evolves, we know this is a difficult time for many. As an essential business in the communities we serve, we have been working hard to keep our branches and phone lines open, while putting the health and well-being of our employees and customers first.

 

In these unsettling times, you can rest assured that your savings are safe and secure with us. Your account is FDIC-insured and our online services and ATM network are available to you 24/7, and fee free. You can always bank from home safely, make your deposits via our Mobile App and/or call to speak to one of our representatives at 1-866-351-5646. 

 

However, if you need to come in to one of our branch locations, we are open and operating with the following modifications, effective March 24, 2020:

 

  • Branches will be open 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, and closed Saturday.
  • We are limiting branch lobby traffic to five customers at a time, in support of social distancing recommendations.
  • Drive-thru branches will provide service via the drive-thru only, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • In accordance with local guidance, Nebraska branch lobbies will be closed and accepting appointments for in-person services 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed Saturday. Please contact the branch to make an appointment. Locations in Nebraska that have drive-thrus will also be offering drive-thru service 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.

We have expanded cleaning every day in our branches to include using hospital grade germicide solution and CDC-approved sanitizers. This also includes regularly cleaning counters, door handles and other frequently touched surfaces, and disinfecting ATMs.
